"What is the All-or-None Response? If the All-or-None Response occurs in all muscle cells, explain what occurs differently in a muscle when you lift a 5 lb. weight as opposed to a 50 lb. weight."

I already slightly understand how the all or none response works, but the second part of the question confuses me. Thanks in advance!
