Two criteria to build the building are:

• The physical geometry of the building is very important while making it. The building design should have square, hexagonal or even octagonal floor plans along with multiple slopes. The design gives strength to the building to stand in the strong winds.
• Use of shutters and louvers, that will restrict the entry of heat inside the building and building will remain cool.

Two constraints to build the building:

• Students are not safe in such area or areas because natural disasters can hit anytime.
• The cost of construction in such areas will be very high.
