the answer is a. you can find this by looking at where the line touches the y axis, in this case the line touches as -4 so that’s our y intercept. then to find the slope you find two points that intersect at a coordinate and do rise over run. in this case we’ll use the points (0,-4) and (-2,0). from (0,-4) we go up two and left one to get to point (-2,0). note that if the line points left, the slope will be negative. once you put the parts together you get the equation y=-2x-4
