we have to use (y-y1)=m(x-x1)

now,(x1,y1)=(6,-4),m=-1/6

so, (y+4)=-1/6(x-6)

or,6y+24=-x+6

or,x+6y+24-6=0

x+6y+18=0 is the required equation.
