y = 2x-3.

Explanation:

Slope is y =mx+b. If we look at the graph, the line passes by (0,-3) and (1,-1). Taking rise over run, (y/x), we can find out that y goes up 2 and x goes right 1. This means that it is a positive slope and that slope would be 2/1, simplified to just 2.
