Okay, I haven't done this a long time however I believe with this you have to solve the equation by doing substitution.

Explanation:

so, if f (x) equals 13, you replace the x in the equation to 13.

f(x)=-2x+5

f(x)=-2(13)+5

f(x)=26+5

f(x)=31
