Cultural Isolation occurs when a group of people values their culture so much that they find it difficult to learn the culture of others. Africans and Asians had cultural values, beliefs, and practices that they held dear. But in recent times that has been declining because of the advent of technology which has exposed these groups of people to Western ways of doing things.

They seem to get so carried away by these foreign cultures such that they neglect their own customs. They adopt Western ways of dressing, religion, beliefs, etc., and in doing so, they relegate their cultures to the background.
