Answer: x = 12

Therefore,
=> x + 42 + 3x = 90
= x + 3x = 90 - 42
= 4x = 48
=> x = 12

Therefore, x = 12

Additionally, finding both the angles :-

=> x + 42
= 12 + 42
=> 54 degrees

=> 3x
= 3 * 12
=> 36 degrees

Verification:

= 54 + 36 = 90
=> 90 = 90
