IM GIVING AWAY 20 POINTS!!!

In the first paragraph, why is the phrase "little mountain escape" in quotation
marks?
O to stress the fact that the Biltmore was to provide a vacation spot for friends
to indicate that the Biltmore was built in the midst of the mountains
to highlight the goal the Vanderbilt's had in building the Biltmore
to provide a contrast to the actual enormity of the Biltmore
