Answer: 63 +10 =73 then you have to round it right

it would be 70 degrees Celsius

Explanation:

it would be rounded to 70 because 73 cant be round to 80 the 3 is ot higher than 5

Formula to convert F to C:

(F -32) x 5/9

F = 63 + 10 = 73

73-32 = 41

41 x 5/9 = 22.77777

Rounded to the nearest degree = 23 C
