Double the radius (4m) and find the circumference

(C= Pi×2R)

once you have the total double it for the bottom of the cylinder. Save that total for later.

To get the sides Mutiply the Circumference of one circle and the side of the cylinder. (3m)

once you have this add the totals together. I hope this helps and I apologize if not. it's been awhile since I've done this.

if you have to find the area however, do this but instead of finding the circumference, find the area of the circles.
