Given two points on a line, explain how you can use point-slope

form to write an equation of the line.

To find the point slope of a line you must first know the slope of the two points. You would substitute the points into the slope formula y2-y1/x2-x1.

Then you would put the slope into the point slope formula:

y-y1=m(x-x1)

"m" is the slope of the formula.
