animals need oxygen to inhale, and exhale carbon dioxide. while plants on the other hand need carbon dioxide from the air to be able to photosynthesize

Answer: Plants and animals make the gases that the other needs to live. Plants need carbon dioxide and animals exhale carbon dioxide as a waste product. People and other animals need oxygen and plants produce oxygen during photosynthesis.
