Explanation:

A(11,-4) B(13,-7)

x1 y1 x2 y2

y=mx+c

-4=11m+c -(i) -7=13m+c -(ii)

Subtract equation (ii) from (i)

-7=13m+c

-4=11m+c

+ - -

-3=2m

2m=-3

m=-3/2

put m=-3/2 in equation (ii)

-7=13*(-3/2)+c

c=-7+39/2

c=(-14+39)/2

c=15/2

y=mx+c

y=-3/2x+15/2

y=(-3x+15)/2

2y=-3x+15

2y+3x-15=0

Answer:

E. None of these

Explanation:

Points: (11, -4), (13, -7)

slope = m = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1) = (-7 - (-4))/(13 - 11) = (-7 + 4)/2 = -3/2

y - y1 = m(x - x1)

y - (-4) = (-3/2)(x - 11)

y + 4 = (-3/2)x + 33/2

y + 8/2 = (-3/2)x + 33/2

y = (-3/2)x + 25/2

Answer: E. None of these
