According to the reaction

  • 2 moles of SO_2 produce 4 moles of CO
  • 0.25moles of SO_2 produce 1mol of CO

No of moles in 17g of CO

\\ \sf\longmapsto (17)/(28)=0.6mol

Moles of SO_2

\\ \sf\longmapsto 0.6(0.25)

\\ \sf\longmapsto 0.15mol
