Answer: hydrogen, oxygen

Another name for water is hydrogen. It's element name is even hydrogen. Carbohydrates consist of water, so they have hydrogen in them.

Hydrogen also produces oxygen, since hydrogen is water.

The two elements found in carbohydrates and water are hydrogen and oxygen.
