To start we would resolve the absolute value of
|-3|. We know that absolute value is the distance from zero so it would be 3.

Our new equation is
3+6/(4-1)*8

Now we need to solve in the order of PEDMAS starting with parenthesis to get
3+6/3*8

Next in PEDMAS we have Division/Multiplication since we don't have any exponents. We do all the division and multiplication left to right so we would divide to get
3+2*8 and then multiply to get
3+16.

Finally, we only have addition left over so our answer would be
19
