In order to calculate the surface are of the prims, you have to calculate the area of each face of the prism, also you have to remember the different formulas to calculate the areas:

Rectangle will be (Length x Width) and

Triangle will be (Base x Height / 2)

SOOO, You just have to insert the values into formulas:

Rectangle1 = 4 x 3.5

Rectangle1 = 14

Rectangle 2 = 5 x 3.5

Rectangle 2 = 17.5

Rectangle 3 = 3 x 3.5

Rectangle 3 = 10.5

Triangle 1 = 4 x 3 / 2

Triangle 1 = 6

Triangle 2 = 4 x 3 / 2

Triangle 2 = 6

SOoo again, if you add all the faces, you get the surface area of the prims:

14+17.5+10.5+6+6=54
