A worker who has attained enough expertise through technical education is called a skilled Human Resource. Everyone are skilled in their jobs. However, these workers hold upper post in jobs as they supervise others. Example: In a hospital, there are Doctors, Nurses, ward boys, etc. Comparatively and theoretically, Doctors have attained more experience, and expertise. Doctors are supposed to be supervising their assistant staff. Thus, theoretically, they are called skilled Human Resource. Nevertheless, Every individual work who do their work have their particular expertise. A brick carrier have ability, experience, and skill in their work. Similarly, an engineer do have his particular skills. However, a brick carrier is obliged to use his physical labor in accordance to supervision in contrast to the engineers who use their mental labor independently. Moreover, Manpower using mental labor in certain sectors are regarded as Skilled Human resource.
