The answer is D I'm pretty sure.

Explanation:

I used a graph for this one. A is incorrect as both of them are on the same side of the X axis. B is incorrect as they are on opposite quadrants. C is incorrect as its only reflected on one quadrant and not the other. D is correct because they are reflected over the Y axis.
