Hi there !

HCF = 20 = 4×5 = 2²×5

LCM = 300 = 3×100 = 3×4×25 = 2²×3×5²

LCM/HCF = 2²×3×5²/2²×5 = 3×5

a = 3×hcf = 3×20 = 60

b = 5×lcm = 5×20 = 100
