this is the graph when the equation is put into a ti calculator! the app i use is wabbit

and it's only available on Android. the pics should be attached! to do this yourself!

also to know without the tool is simply looking at the equation itself and seeing if a negative is in fro

nt of the equation or not which determined if the proabla is flipped or not.

  • look at the

  • {t}^(2)

the 1st term in the equation is that number positive or negative? If positive then the proabla is positive and going up, if it has a negative sign then the proabla is going down

to help more heres more examples


  • - {t}^(2) - t - 6 \\ this \: proabla \: will \: be \: negative \\ \: and \: facing \: down
