5x-5y=10---eqn2

multiply eqn1 by 5 and eqn2 by 2

5(3x-2y=2)

2(5x-5y=10)

15x-10y=10---eqn3

10x-10y=20---eqn4

Now subtract eqn4 from eqn3

5x=-10

x=-2

Plug x=-2 into eqn1

3(-2)-2y=2

-6-2y=2

-6-2=2y

-8=2y

y=-4

Therefore the answer is (-2,-4)
