-188, -187, -186

Explanation:

x + (x+1) +(x+2) will usually be the formula for questions like this. If there wer 4 consecutive numbers, you just add (x+3) and so on.

The three integers are:

x + (x+1) + (x+2) Simplify this :

3x+3 = -561 Get 3x by itself, subtract 3 on both sides:

-3 -3

3x = -564 Find x divide -564 and 3:

x = -188

-188 is the first number now you count up.

-188 is the first number, -187 is the second, -186 is the third.
