The thesis is the same thing as your overall claim statement. It should say "Two stories that really show the steps of the Hero's Journey are ______________ and ______________"
Remember, your evidence should come from the stories that we read. Your choices are: Ithaka, The Drummer Boy of Shiloh, and the Odyssey. If you want to use evidence from the Joseph Campbell article, you are allowed to do that as well.
