Do you think it is possible to lose weight and stay physically fit without receiving proper nutrition? Justify your response.

Yes if your calorie limit is well ... limited. But if you eat junk/bad food for a long period of time then it can affect your health negatively in the long run. Example: keeping calorie intake 900 cals and under but only eating McDonald’s. Another example is skinny people who seem to eat unhealthy but still stay slim.

I personally eat pretty unhealthy but still workout rn I'm at 120 it's gonna be harder to loose weight but if you can most definitely try eating healthy and get proper nutrition.
