Answer:

y = (1/19)x - (4/19)

Explanation:

x-19y=4

19=m(slope) write it as 1/19

write 4 as 4/19(represents b or y-intercept)

y=mx+b

m=(1/19)

b=(4/19)

Plug in those numbers into the equation to get: y = (1/19)x - (4/19)

I hope that wasn't too confusing. LOL

Hope this helps!

Answer:

y = (1)/(19) x - (4)/(19)

Explanation:

x - 19y = 4

Slope intercept form :

y= mx+b

Where ;

m = slope

b = intercept

- 19y = - x + 4

Divide through by -19

( - 19y)/( - 19) = - (x)/( - 19) + (4)/( - 19)

Simplify

y = (1)/(19) x - (4)/(19)
