Why is photosynthisis important​

This is important because this process uses sunlight to synthesize food obtained from carbon dioxide, and water. Photosynthesis generally involves the green pigment chlorophyll and makes oxygen as a byproduct for us to breathe. We depend on this plant process for our oxygen needs. This process also helps the plant live.
