Let the size of whole wall be x.

Given that

Ralph painted 1/6 of a wall in 2/3 hours

thus, writing it in mathematical form we have,

time taken to pain 1/6 of x = 2/3 hours

=>time taken to pain x/6 wall = 2/3 hours

since, we have taken size as x so to find time to pain x size of wall ,

we divide both side by 6

=>time taken to pain x/6 * 6 wall = 2/3 *6 hours

=> time taken to pain x wall = 4 hours

Thus, It will take 4 hours to paint whole wall
