For example:


x^2-5x+3<0\\\\4x>5x^2+1\\\\4x^2-1\geqslant0\\\\5\leqslant-10x^2

These are NOT quadratic inequalities:


x^3-5x+3<0\\\\4x^2>5x^5+1\\\\4x^2-x^6\geqslant0\\\\5\leqslant-10x
