Answer: 3=b

Explanation:

First get the like terms 3 and (-3) on one side.

You do this by either adding or subracting, it depends on the sign of the number. -3 is negative 3 but you have to add it to make it zero and on the other side you add it and get 6.

Then you divide 6 by 2. 2b by 2 to get the variable alone and 3=b is your answer.
