What advice would you give someone with the following issues?

I'm always cramming to hand in an assignment or take an exam.

Honestly, I am the same exact way but Find a system that works for you. For example do two extra assignments a night that will get you ahead or study for three nights instead of one before the test

just take a day out of the week to just finish all the due assignments and even if you have to work more than school hours
