Answer:

Food and oxygen would eventually become major problems.

We would need HUGE banks of photocells which would be used to charge batteries (or some other energy storing system, liked pumped water)

The batteries would power banks of LED "grow lights" in greenhouses to provide us with food and oxygen.

This would have to be done on a monumental scale, largely to replace the huge quantities of oxygen generated by life in the oceans.
