Explanation:

To begin we want to find the area of the small circle. That would be pi(r)^2 or 9pi after plugging in the 3 for the radius. We can only assume that the large circle is double the radius of the smaller circle so it would be 6. Plug 6 in and get 36pi for the area of that circle. 9pi/36pi will equal 0.25 and that will be your percentage. I hope this helped.
