First, multiply the length and width each by 5.
12 x 5= 60
8 x 5= 40
For perimeter, add length + length + width + width.
60+60+40+40= 200.
200 ft.

Another way would be to find the perimeter
12+8+12+8= 40
40 x 5= 200
200 ft.

So first if it was a scale factor 5 you would multiply it by 5 for each side. So for the side of 8 you would multiply it by 5 which is 40 so that side and the other side across from it would also be 40 units. Then for the next one there is 12 units so you do the same 12x5 is equal to 60 so will the one below it.

Then it would be (40 * 2) + (60 * 2)= 80 + 120= 200

So then the perimeter would be 200 units.
