Jonna spent $30 on raffle tickets. If each ticket cost $5, witch equation could be used to find the number of tickets j that Jonna bought

There are two equations that we could write.

[Division]

-> Divide total money spent by price per ticket, set it equal to j

j = 30 / 5

[Simplifed slope-intercept]

-> Multiply the price per ticket by j and set the equation equal to the total money spent

30 = 5j
