I am writing a story and I need some more inspiration. A girl and her brother are following footprints they found in the woods. What should they lead to? All ideas are appreciated! :)

Maybe the footprints can lead to a creepy old house. The person who lives in the house tells the children that they can get lots of money by doing something (I can't think of it now). Through their adventure, secrets are revealed about their family (plot twist?). I'm not sure if there's a page limit to your story, but this is just an idea :)
