Look back at the tables and graphs you created for proportional relationships in the previous problems.

How can you use a table to decide if a relationship is proportional?

1. you can use fractions, reduce the number, or compare them and if they are the same
then they are classified as proportional.

2. you can use a graph by graphing two sets of numbers, if it’s proportional it will form a straight line that goes through the origin.
