I REALLY NEED HELP FOR THIS QUESTION PLEASE SOMEBODY!! TEN POINTS!

Which statement best explains whether these ordered pairs represent a function?

(−4,3),(3,−2),(5,3),(−7,8),(10,11),(5,−9),(−6,2)

Answer: D

Cannot because (5,3) and (5,-9) have two 5's in the input. It is not a function.

The answer is D because there can not be 2 of the same y values
