So we have :


{h}^(2) = {a}^(2) + {b}^(2)


{h}^(2) = 64 + 9


{h}^(2) = 73


h = √(73)

Now we another using of Pythagorean theorem for finding d :


{d}^(2) = {h}^(2) + {c}^(2)


{d}^(2) = 73 + 16


{d}^(2) = 89


d = √(89)


d = 9.4
