The answer would be d.

Manual (adj.) - Relating to or done with the hands.

Manual (noun.) - A book of instructions, especially for operating a machine or learning a subject; a handbook.

Manuscript (noun.) - A book, document, or piece of music written by hand.

Maneuver (you spelled it “Manuevers” but i assume you mean maneuvers) (noun.) - A movement or series of moves requiring skill and care.

Maneuver (verb.) - to move skillfully or carefully.

Manu as a prefix means to do with/by hands, given its Greek/Latin roots.
