Given M = the set of counting numbers and N = the set of even numbers, find M - N.

Answer:

M-N = set of odd numbers

M-N = 1,3,5,7,9,11,.....................................so on it till infinity

Explanation:

M = the set of counting numbers

set of counting number are are all the numbers which is used for counting.

They are also called Natural numbers

In numerical form set of counting numbers can be represented as

M = the set of counting numbers = 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9..............................till infinity

N = the set of even numbers

set of even numbers all the counting numbers which are multiple of two

In numerical form set of counting numbers can be represented as

N = the set of even numbers = 2,4,6,8,10,12................so on till infinity

now we have to find M-N

it means from set of counting number, all the even numbers would be excluded

IN such case

If we exclude all the even numbers, then only odd numbers will remain.

M-N will be = 1,3,5,7,9,11,.....................................so on it till infinity
