Answer:

( -∞, 3]

Explanation:

Range is all possible y values that the graph covers.

So in this graph the legs extend all the way to y value -∞ (never mind the x value). However, the top is at y=3 and the graph is not extending above that. Hence the range is from -∞ to and including 3.
