A reasonable answer would be that the cells and muscles pull themselves back together and mend over days and weeks. Mostly as you sleep.

Answer:

By WBCs (white Blood Cells)

Step-by-step explanation:

when a part of a body is wounded, WBCs (White Blood Cells) reaches the wound and starts to engulf the bacteria or the germs that may have entered the body through the wound, this is what the lymphatic system does.

the blood plays the main roll by clotting the blood. Blood platelets are responsible for the same.

Hope this helps :))
