How do you help someone stop starving themselves (my friend has been starving themselves and is in the fetal position crying from pain and I need to know how to help them ASAP!)

Let their parents know. Even if they are mad at u j for telling just know that it’s the best thing for them. It could be because of a medical condition such and depression, anorexia, or somethings internally wrong.
