Answer :

Initial speed = zero

Final speed = 24 m/s

Time interval = 19.6 s

We have to find distance traveled by during the given interval of time
.

Acceleration of car :

➠ a = (v - u)/∆t

➠ a = (24 - 0)/19.6

a = 1.22 m/s²

Distance traveled by car :

➤ v² - u² = 2as

➤ 24² - 0² = 2(1.22)s

➤ 576 = 2.44s

➤ s = 576/2.44

s = 236 m

Hope It Helps!

Answer:

235.2 m

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:

v₀ = 0 m/s

v = 24 m/s

t = 19.6 s

Find: Δx

Δx = ½ (v + v₀) t

Δx = ½ (24 m/s + 0 m/s) (19.6 s)

Δx = 235.2 m
