How do I solve a problem like this? I solved it like: 3x-10+2x+20=45 and got x=9 but I was wrong. Can you help me understand what I did wrong? Thank you!

Explanation: 3x-10+2x+20=45 combine like terms and then you get 5x+10=45
Then subtract 10 from 45 and then divide you have 5x=35 and then divide 35 by 5 and get 7
