y = Acos(Bx - C) + D

The A is amplitude, B is to find the period, C is the phase shift and D is the vertical shift

Amplitude =
A = (1)/(7)

Period =
(2\pi)/(B) = (2\pi)/(8) = (\pi)/(4)

Phase shift =
C = - (\pi)/(6)

Vertical shift =
D = -5
