During 3 minutes it rises 400-100= 300m
Do the rate would be:
300m/3 minutes= 100 m/min
The answer is 100

I would say
100 m/min
Step-by-step explanation:
During
3 min it rises 400−100=300m
so the rate will be:
300m/3 min = 100 m/min
