I felt happy and full of energy after the activity; however, I didn't feel that sweaty. I think the aerobic dance was too short as an exercise.

No, I didn't feel tired. Probably because I always dance and workout regularly. I've recently started a healthy routine of doing a 30-minute dance workout in the morning and on some days, I go for a walk around the neighborhood.

3. If you did not feel tired, why do you think so?
